Initial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges. After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain! After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage. Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.

The Margaritaville was truly exceptional, from the amenities to the service. This location has a special place in my heart, Even before it was Margaritaville. It still has the same great feeling as when it was The Riviera. Nothing but praise to the people of Palm Springs. I’ll keep coming back until I’m old i believe . You kind of just make homes to certain resorts. This one called my name . Thanks again to the staff.

Too spread out, no ice, shop closed in early evening, ridiculous resort fee, too much money for the room, poor layout of facilities did not like would not return

We had high hopes for this “resort”. Disappointed in the service, cleanliness, and amenities. Bell hop services not “available” when we arrived. As we walked to our room we noticed dirty linens, towels and trash lining the hallways (some of the trash was left by the doors for 2 days). Everyday this was an occurrence. We were pleased to see that our room was close to the pools. They do have more than one set so every room is relatively close. Both sets of pools boast a bar. However, the bars are only open on rotating days. 1 bar 3 days a week and the 2nd open 3 other days and closing before the evening. Salt pools were nice and stood open to 10. It is now a common practice for hotels to not automatically bring fresh towels and linens daily unless requested. On our 3rd day we called for this service. 4 hours later no one showed. Called again, and were told they didn’t show due to “a shift change”. We waited 4 more hours and again no one showed. We resorted to get more towels from the pool as a last option. Could not understand why we could not get housekeeping up to our room to even get them to clean the mold from the shower. However, on the day of check out a housekeeper came knocking on our door shortly before 9AM to see if we were “still in the room”. Spoke to the front desk when we left and they apologized and they could see we called to get service 3 times and no one showed. Only offered to return our taxes paid for the 訂房網站 because we booked 3rd party. Don’t let the “resort” fool you. This is a motel with the title resort slapped on to it. Spend your money elsewhere.
